Quality
Viteria Fusani is ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certified.
In order to make all levels of the organisation aware of the issues related to these regulations, a Quality Policy has been disseminated.
Careful evaluation of suppliers, control of processes and products and analysis of Customer expectations are part of a process of continuous improvement.
With measuring instruments regularly calibrated by accredited laboratories, the manufactured products are controlled throughout the process.
The findings are constantly recorded according to specific control plans and then archived to be available for the issuing of certificates of conformity.
For each batch that undergoes heat treatment, internal checks are performed to verify and guarantee the hardness and torsional strength required by the Customer.
The coating thicknesses are checked with the Fischer Phascope instrument.
For each batch, samples and records of measured values are kept for 10 years.

Traceability
Thanks to the presence of the batch number on each packaging label, we guarantee traceability to trace the products in their entirety, from the raw material used to the moment of shipment.
Through our unique management system that is also interconnected to the machines and digital palmtops used by our operators, every single piece of data from the life of a batch is recorded and retrievable in a matter of moments.
THE PRODUCTION SHEET
This contains all the information on the specific cycle for the article to be manufactured and the bill of materials for everything needed for production.
THE IDENTIFICATION TAG
This starts with the order and follows the batch through all processing stages, both internal and external. Production progress is also tracked via barcode.
IDENTIFICATION OF OUR PACKAGING
On the boxes and bags we use for our standard packaging, our logo is recognisable and there are labels containing all the identification data of the product contained (also in the form of barcodes if required). Upon request, we can also supply 'neutral' packages, without our reference but guaranteeing traceability through the lot number on the label.
